Payment Prior To Delivery

At our discretion we offer customers No Deposit, Pay Prior to Delivery subject to the following terms.

Terms:

We will effect delivery of the goods to the customer on receipt of cleared funds on or before the agreed day of delivery.

To expedite funds clearance, payment may be made in person at our showroom by cash, credit or debit card, bankers draft, personal cheque (cleared prior to delivery) or Bank Transfer. All payments are due, and cleared, by the date of delivery. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined delivery will not take place.

The goods remain the property of Home and Garden Furniture until all outstanding payments have been received and cleared.
